Let’s practice speaking English every day with short, simple stories.
Small choices build big strength
This morning, I woke up feeling tired, but I told myself to keep going. I remembered my dream of becoming stronger. So, I went outside for a short walk, breathing the fresh air. With each step, my energy returned. I realized that motivation is not about waiting for the perfect mood – it is about starting, even when I feel weak. By the time, I came back home, my mind was clear and ready to face the day. Small choices build big strength.
Playing football
This afternoon, I played football with my friends at the park. The field was muddy, and running was difficult. Still, I enjoyed every moment. I passed the ball quickly, and my teammate shouted, “Shoot!”, I kicked hard, and the ball flew into the goal. Everyone cheered, and I felt proud. Football teaches me teamwork and patience. Even when I fall, I get up and countinue playing. Today’s game reminded me that joy is not only winning but in trying with all my heart.
Doing Exercise
This morning, I went jogging around the park. At first, my legs felt heavy, and i wanted to stop. But I push myself to continue, breathing deeply. With each step, my body grew lighter, and my mind became calmer. Exercise reminds me that strength is not only physical – it is also mental. When I finished my run, sweat covered my face, but I felt proud of my effort. Doing exercise is my way of building both health and discipline.
Learning English
In the evening, I opened my notebook to practice English. I copied new words and repeated them aloud. Some words were difficult, but I enjoyed the challenge. i listened to recordings and compared my pronunciation. It was not perfect, but I smiled because progress takes time. Writing this diary in English feels like planting small seeds that will grow into fluency. I believe that every page I write makes my English stronger.
Making Omelette
This morning, I made omelette for breakfast. I cracked two eggs and added a little vegetable oil to the pan. The sizzling sound made me smile. I sprinkled cheese on top, and the smell filled the kitchen. Cooking feels like both science and art, because the right heat and timing make all the difference. When I tasted the omelette, it was soft and delicious. I wrote: “Food is not only for energy, it also fives comfort and joy”
Electricity
In today’s lesson, we studied electricity. The teacher showed us how a simple circuit works with a battery, wires, and a bulb. When the bulb lit up, I felt amazed. I realized that behind every light in my home, there is this simple principle. Later, I read that electricity powers almost everything we use daily. Understanding it made me feel more connected to the world. I wrote: “Science explains the invisible forces that shape my life.”
Physics and Math
Today, I learned about acceleration in physics. The teacher explained how speed changes with time. Then in math, we practiced equations that describe motion. At first, the numbers felt abstract, but when I imagined a car speeding up on the road, everything made sense. I realized that math and physics are not seperate-they work together. Understanding this connection made me feel inspired. Science is a language that explains how the world moves and grows.
